I have the honor of writing GBDS09's 100th post!!! That means that we officially have no lives. Seriously, who spends four and a half months writing posts on a blog with your friends that you see every day? Think about that.

So I've got a question about the blog.
Are we gonna make a new class blog, for sixth grade, or keep this one? Should we just let Scott and whoever else is coming into this blog? or just make a new one and exclude everyone who won't be coming to middle school with us?

North Carolina

i'm in North Carolina right now. I got here on Sunday and am supposed to be coming back on Sunday unless there is a big hurricane which is possible. I am staying in this house with (Joshua, 6 and Rebecca , 4. ) Rebecca is STILL NOT POTTYTRAINED! We have been trying to get her to "poop on the potty" but still hasnt happened. the day we got here, she pooped in her underwear, and day 2, she POOPED IN THE POOL WHILE WE WERE SWIMMING IN IT!!!!! Then we all had to jump out and we couldnt go in till the next day cuz people had to come and clean it!!!! (i knew that u would all be intrested in that.) We went to the beach a lot but the first 3 days we couldnt because of the hurricane somewhere else and the under current was too strong so no one could on the beach. i just got back from the beach. North Carolina has wild horses and you can go on jeep tours and see them wild. WELL, we had a tour booked for 2 jeeps at 8a.m!(my dad and grandpa are both driving one cause we didnt want them to drive us and there's 10 of us, each jeep holds 5...) i had to wake up at 7am and then we all went and when we got there, they told us, ONE JEEP IS BROKEN! we had booked to open jeeps and they offered to give us one closed in and we said NO. then they told us that we could get them both at 3:30pm because the jeep would be fixed by then. I woke up for nothing!! Now we'll have to go back later!!!!

My Summer

Last night I got back from Chelka Lodge on Lake George. It was great. My favorite part was CRUSHING my cousin Zach at Palace every single time. Hee hee. We went tubing a lot. I didn't get to try water skiing, but it looked really fun. Almost alllll of my mom's side of the family was there. We took up ELEVEN rooms, out of like thirty! It was a blast. I'll name my kid cousins-
Mitchell, 11

Zach, 9
Zoe, 5
Stella, 2
Mitchell and Noah are brothers, and Zach Zoe and Stella are sibblings.
I've got more cousins but they're OLD...
We went to see G-Force in a drive in theatre... tip- NEVER go to a drive in theatre if you're planning to sit outside in the summer time unless you want to be bitten to death.
Anyway, I thought the movie was stupid and predictable, but if course, all my cousins LOVED it. I just wanted to see Harry Potter :( . We also went miniature golfing. That is an expierience that I will NEVER forget. Ever tried to play miniature golf with eight kids? I didn't think so. And guess who had to keep SCORE?
Well in the end we had a great time.

Hey just wondering how all of you are doing with your summer reading. I was thinking maybe we could suggest books to each other, just to make it easier to find the right one. So I'll start.
I have read two books so far- Good Night Maman and Big Mouth and Ugly Girl. Boys would not like either of them, so don't even try. Also, Good Night Maman is a very serious book about the Holocaust- it doesn't take place in the concentration camps, but it is about a family that is avoiding the German soldiers. I liked it, but if you don't like serious books it's definitely not for you. I've also started A Ring Of Endless Light. It's hard to tell how I like it, but so far I don't think so. It's about a girl who has all these boys pulling at her, and meanwhile all she wants to do is write poetry about dolphins and her grandfather is dying. I really don't understand the plot, but I'm not that far in- maybe on page 30, or 40.
So just post about what your reading, and look at other peoples posts, and stuff like that.

Funny Story...

So I was playing our new Wii game, Wii Music. It's great. Eventually I unlocked all the songs (surprisingly easy) and one of them was I'll Be There! I played it and it's so cute- they've got these tiny people singing different stuff like bass, harmony, chords and melody. I tried singing- but I was screwing up so I just stucked to hitting the symbol every other stupid beat, while the little people were doing all the work. I hate the little people! They only sing gibberish.. you should see it. It's like boo boo gah gah boo, but in these high voices (except for the bass, which was the first one I tried- I sounded like a basoon:) . It was really funny.

im having an OK summer. i go to camp, which i don't LOVE. i guess im not into the whole WAKING UP in the morning thing. Oh well. I'm actually EXCITED to go back to school! I'm Leaving For Camp!!!!

At nine I'm leaving!! It's 8:29 right now (and now it's 8:30) and I am soooooooooooo excited!!!!! J and K are leaving for day camp and 8:40 and then mom and dad are taking us to Milford, Pennsylvania!!!! So I'm just saying bye bye for July (again)!!

Bubbly... (If You're Not A Girl This Wouldn't Be Important To You, But You Can Read It Anyway If You Want)

So I was like, if Hannah's going to be singing Bubbly all the time, I might as well get used to it. So I bought it off of iTunes and listened to it... and realized that it's not such a terrible song. I mean, the lyrics are kinda stupid but I really like the melody. I think that we should either do Lovesong by Sara Bareilles or Bubbly by Colbie Caillat.
